In 2012, as one of the trustworthy battery tray manufacturers in the world, Cheeven provided two standardized Dragon Gate friction stir welding equipment, like alloy battery tray products, for an automobile manufacturing enterprise in Germany to manufacture new energy vehicles, which successfully opened the German market.
From 2015 to 2020, our team provided 6 sets of special friction stir welding equipment for automobile aluminium new metal alloys to an automobile manufacturing enterprise in South Korea. All the equipment realized the function of "one key welding" and won an international reputation for being made in China.
In 2020, Cheeven provided friction stir welding equipment with upper and lower double heads for an enterprise in China, which improved the welding efficiency by more than 100%, reduced the intermediate sizing process and improved the product quality.
